HL Strategy 



Based in Paris, HL Strategy is a company founded by Haiyan LI-LABBE in January 2025. The firm provides strategic advisory services to listed companies which seek for improving communication with the financial markets: better business model presentation, better ESG practice, enlargement of investor community, financial engineering solution proposals. Furthermore, the company provides tailored support and solutions to companies in their globalization, specifically in the European market: local market study, merger and acquisition advisory, partnership establishment, marketing strategy and long-term development plan.

Previously, Haiyan LI-LABBE had spent 24 years in the finance with 20 years’ experience in asset management industry. She was Head of China investments and portfolio manager at the French leading asset manager Carmignac Gestion where she had worked 13 years.

Haiyan graduated from ESCP Business school. She is President of Group China of Alumni Association of ESCP.
